2. Water separation experiments
Take25mlsampleand25mldistilled waterinto50mlcolorimetrictube, placed into constant temperature water of 40 ℃ for 30 minutes. Shaking vigorously for 60 seconds, placed in constant temperature water of 40℃ to obverse separation.
3. Degreasing test method
Prepare a stirred degreasing solution of 42℃ (2% Nonionic aqueous solution of an alkaline degreasing agent). After the smeared sample kept for 24 hours, immersed in a degreasing solution for 2 minutes, rinsed with running water for30 seconds, then observe the degree of wetting.
4. Abrasion resistance(four-ball test ASTM D 4172) experimental methods
Conditions: test temperature: 75℃, rotation speed: 1200rpm, test time: 60min, load: 40kg/cm2 after the end of the experiment, measuring the abrasion area.
5. Solubility experiments
Taken sample 10g, solvent 90g, completely dissolved at 60 ℃. Use colorimetric tube to take 100ml dissolved solution. At the prescribed temperature (alkanes: 20℃,mineral oil: 25℃), observe the precipitateafter24 hours.
