Features:
1. Low vapor pressure:
SANOBN 20P has a vapor pressure characteristic of high performance cutting fluid alkanol amine additive. Low vapor pressure characteristics bring low odor, high flash point and many other advantages.
2. Low odor:
SANOBN 20P is a high-performance coolant additive amine, and no special smell of ammonia. When the fluid used in a confined space or a large oil groove, low odor will be a very important advantage.
3. Biological stability:
SANOBN 20P is a very good biological stability enhancer, strengthening performance based on its superior creature stability; and workers can adjust the components effectively. Data showed that compared with the general system of alkanol amine, aqueous systems containing amines SANOBN 20P special additives, 25%bactericides can maintain the biological control effectively and no bubbles, washed easily.
4. Copper & Zinc corrosion test:
SANO BN 20P is a metalworking fluid alkanol amine, which has the minimum corrosive. The following leaded and non-leaded copper and zinc corrosion tests confirmed this.
Lead-free copper alloy CA-260 and leaded copper alloyCA-360standard solution of passive corrosion test as follows:3.0M alkanol amine added with 2.0M octanoic acid, use H3PO3or KOH to adjust the pH to 8.5.2″×4″×0.032″flat plate immersed in 1kg fluid for 30 days. Copper concentration measured by ICP / emission methods.
5. Can effectively prevent the precipitation of cobalt
